VYPE: How did your season turn out and what were your goals?
Isabell: My team’s season was great. We ended with a winning record and we won our first game in Regionals in over 20 years which was our goal for the season.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Isabell: I had the most fun this past year when we were able to have close games against teams that were highly competitive.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Isabell: My favorite teacher was Mrs. Lindismith from 5th grade because we had these check books in school and whoever ended up with the most money at the end could buy whatever they wanted at the auction and that is what made me learn how to compete and strive for my goals.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Isabell: My favorite athletic memory is when I was in junior high and had to pitch the championship game. We ended up getting second in the tournament which we were still happy about but when we got the plaque handed to us they wanted me to be the first to hold it.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Isabell: I feel like Allie Scullawl (a current teammate) has left the biggest impression on me because I have always looked up to her ever since junior high and she helped me push myself to want to compete at a higher level.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Isabell: My favorite part about being on a team is the friends I make and the support the players give each other.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Isabell: I would go to Fiji and take Maddie Czaja and Maycee Smith with me.
VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sport?
Isabell: I started playing when I was around three years old and I started getting into the game when I realized that I like the challenge and the feeling of success.
VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.
Isabell: I would like to thank my parents for all the money and support they have put into this game that I love. I would also like to thank my teammates and my two best friends Maycee Smith and Maddie Czaja for encouragement, pushing, and challenging me to strive to be better. The work is not done yet.
