VYPE: What does this team and your teammates mean to you?
McPhail: My teammates are my best friends. Being able to play with them makes the game so much more fun and I love being able to represent my city.
VYPE: When you hear coach referring to you as the unsung hero, how do you define that term?
McPhail: It means a lot that my coach would say that. I’ve never considered myself as that. I just do my best to work hard every day and be a good teammate.
VYPE: What grade are you in and what would you like to do after you graduate?
McPhail: I am a sophomore. My dream is to play basketball at the next level. I would love to play at the University of Arkansas after I graduate.
